Alena Demenok
Legal Administrative Assistant

Alena joined Gertsoyg & Company in the summer of 2024 as a Scheduling Coordinator and Legal Assistant. She manages all scheduling for discoveries, mediations, and trials, coordinating with lawyers, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure seamless communication and efficient case progress.

Alena also supports the firm’s day-to-day operations, including maintaining lawyers’ calendars, arranging specialist appointments, and handling electronic filing.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a Minor in Law Studies from the University of British Columbia. Before joining Gertsoyg & Company, Alena worked at the Consulate of Canada abroad, gaining valuable experience in administration and client service.

She speaks English and Russian fluently.
